What are you proud of being able to do?

Did you  know that the most somersaults achieved on atrampoline in one minute was 75 by Richard Cobbing in Surrey in 1989, and that the higheste number of ice cream flavours identified in one minute whilst blindfolded was 11 by David Rush in the United States of America in 2019?

I bet that both these men are proud of their records. What can you do that you are really proud of doing? Can you hop for one minute? Can you bounce a ball for one minute? Can you sing a song all the way through without getting the words wrong? Can you learn your 3 times tables?

With your family, get into a circle and sing the song 'Hey, you in the middle'. Take it  in turns to show everybody something that you have learnt to do. Don't forget to celebrate the achievements of everyone who takes part!

Remember, be proud of yourselves!
