Fingerprints
Fingerprints
I was doing the washing up at home when I noticed a mark on a glass. When I looked a bit closer, I saw that it looked like a smudge, but had some little lines in it. I thought that it might be fingerprint of someone in my family who had used the glass. A fingerprint is the pattern that is on the end of our fingers and thumbs. DId you know though that everybody's fingerprints are different?
I thought it would be fun if we tried to take our own fingerprints. The video link below will show you how. Maybe when you take your fingerprint, you will be able to find out who has been making handprints on the windows!
Have fun being detectives, and don't forget - if you manage to take your fingerprints, brimg them to school to show your teachers!
