Thursday 24th September

Good morning everybody.

Hope everyone is good and keeping safe and well. It’s not long until we are back now!

Below are Thursdays tasks 😊

Task 1 : Maths

Look at the worksheet and draw the jottings (sticks and dots) for each number. If you can’t access the worksheet look at numbers below and draw the jottings.

12, 25, 36, 42, 29, 18, 7, 33, 23, 38.

Task 2 : English

When we return to school we will be looking at creating our own version of The Bog Baby story. Yesterday you described Bog Baby, today I want you to create your own animal/creature.

Imagine you are Chrissy and her sister and think what you could find in the pond in Bluebell wood. It can be anything you want!

Draw a picture of your animal/creature and write a sentence to describe it.

Task 3 : RE

In RE we have been thinking about the world we live in and how we need to look to look after it! An example of this is recycling or picking up our litter. I want you to create a poster to show people how we need to look after the world we live in and what we can do.

Task 4 : Reading

Complete the reading comprehension sheet. Read the text and then answer the questions.

Thank you,

Mrs Agnew
