Nursery Curriculum

Our Nursery Curriculum is based on establishing those early learning skills children need to move through the Early Years Foundation Stage learning in Reception. We focus strongly on developing children's prime areas; Personal Social and Emotional, Language and Communication and Physical Development especially in the first term of Nursery. 

 

Our Nursery curriculum follows themes which are of interest to the children with content being delivered through play based opportunities. 

Early phonics skills are introduced through listening activities to start with and early sound recognition for those who are ready.
