Make a Difference!

Have you ever thought how you can make a difference by doing something wonderful, something generous and something really kind every day? How pleased would your mum be if your tidied your room without asking? How happy would your grandparents be if you made them a card to tell them how much you love them? How excited would your little brother or sister be if you read them a story and used funny voices while you did it? There are so many little things we could all do to really make a differnece to the people that we live with, and that would spread some happiness throughout our family.

 

Write a list of the wonderful or generous or kind things that you could each day for a week. As you do them, draw a smile next to each one. Have a look at the end of the week at how many smiles you have made and how much happiness you have brought to your family!

I have a new song for you to sing as well. It is called 'Make a Difference' and it is all about the difference we can make when we do something good for other people.
