Explorify Science from Home

We can all have fun at home learning Science , and to help you do this, I have added a link to the 'Explorify Science from Home' website. This will proved you with links to BBC bitesize videos and ideas for activities to cover 3 of the topics that we learn about in school:

  1. Classification of living and non living things
  2. Properties of materials
  3. Plants

I hope that you find this helpful, and that you all enjoy exploring Science at home.

Just to get you started, have a look at the different shadows around you. How do you think they are made? What objects make your favourite shadows?

Draw round the shadow of an object in the morning, then in the afternoon and again in the evening. Compare all your drawings. Has anything about the shadow changed? Why do you think this might have happened?
