Children will visit the juniors and information will be collected from the teachers and SENDCo from the infant school Parental information collected Transition day for children Transition booklets where required Y2 will be invited to watch the Year 6 ‘End of Year’ Leavers' Performance Extra transition for some children with SEND SEND information transferred to school files |
